One Pot Pasta | Creamy Garlic Noodles | One Pot Recipes | Creamy Garlic Pasta

This Creamy Garlic Pasta is my new favorite one pot recipe. I am such a huge fan of one pot meals because the less dishes to clean up at the end, the better!

This One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta is quick, easy and full of flavor. It starts with cooking your favorite kind of noodles, and then using the same pot to make a delicious, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. It comes together in less than twenty minutes, which makes it the perfect weeknight meal that the whole family will love.

INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta – The hearty foundation of our dish, soaking up all the creamy goodness of the sauce. Any noodle will work, such as elbow, bow-tie, penne, etc.
  • Fresh spinach – Packed with vitamins and minerals, fresh spinach adds a pop of vibrant color and a boost of nutrition to our creamy garlic pasta. Its tender leaves wilt perfectly into the dish, providing a delightful contrast in texture.
  • Butter – The rich and indulgent base of our sauce, butter brings a velvety smoothness and a hint of richness to every bite. It also helps to combine all the flavors together.
  • Garlic – The star of our dish, garlic adds depth and complexity to the creamy sauce. Its pungent flavor mellows as it cooks, creating a perfect balance with the other ingredients.
  • Heavy whipping cream – Heavy cream adds a creamy and subtle sweetness to the sauce.
  • Parmesan cheese – Its sharpness cuts through the richness of the sauce, providing a delightful contrast and depth of flavor. As it melts into the dish, Parmesan cheese creates a creamy texture, enhancing the taste of our one-pot wonder.
  • Salt & pepper – The dynamic duo of seasoning, salt and pepper enhance the flavors of our dish.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

First, fill a large pot with water and turn heat to high.

While you wait for the water to boil, chop the spinach into small pieces.

Add pasta to the water once it’s boiling, and cook according to the package. Once it’s done, drain the noodles and leave in the strainer while you make the sauce.

Return the pot to the same burner you were using to cook the noodles. Turn the heat to medium and add the butter and garlic. Cook for a minute or two, until the butter is mostly melted and mixed well with the garlic.

Next, add the chopped spinach, cream and Parmesan cheese to the pot. Stir until everything is mixed well and then turn heat down to medium-low. Cook for another minute or two, stirring often.

Once the sauce is done, add the noodles back to the pot and stir well until everything is combined. Serve with some additional Parmesan, if you want, and enjoy!
