Indulge in the classic flavors of Italy with this mouthwatering Caprese sandwich, featuring ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and a few other fresh ingredients. Simple, healthy and delicious!
Toast the bagel.
Spread the pesto on one side.
Lay your fresh greens on top of the pesto (baby spinach, basil leaves or both).
Add the fresh tomato and then the mozzarella slices.
Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar on top of the mozzarella, and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Top with the other half of the bagel and ENJOY!
